After a three-month remodel, the cafe now boasts a brighter and airier atmosphere, a larger dining room, and a fresh menu from their remodeled kitchen.

The cafe, cocktail bar, eatery, and plant shop has been transformed into a spacious hub for the local community to convene. With a focus on bringing people together, 11th Hour Coffee is now offering a revamped food menu featuring a variety of delicious dishes, including egg dishes, sandwiches, stews, and pastries. They are also working on adding more vegan options based on customer feedback, with a brunch program coming soon.

In the evenings, the space transforms into After Hours, a cocktail lounge under the direction of Allen Bjur. Food in the evening comes from Chubbs Chicken Sandwiches and Full Steam Dumpling, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the cafe.

To accommodate the higher volume of service, 11th Hour has upgraded their espresso machines and now features a new wooden coffee bar designed by the Estby brothers.
