First up, California-based green coffee trading company Royal Coffee Inc. has earned the Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) seal from the Regenerative Organic Alliance. This certification is a significant achievement and highlights Royal Coffee’s commitment to sustainability. The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) has announced that its Coffee Value Assessment (CVA) tools are now available on two digital platforms, making it easier for coffee professionals to access and utilize these valuable resources.
