World of Coffee: Four Italian Champions Compete for the World Title in Copenhagen
The world of coffee is always buzzing with excitement, and this June is no exception. The World of Coffee 2024 championships are just around the corner, set to take place in Copenhagen from June 27th to 29th. Among the contenders from around the globe, Italy will be represented by four champions who have already proven their skills in the national competitions earlier this year.
One of the categories that will be fiercely contested is Roasting, where Emanuele Tomassi will be representing Italy. Emanuele, originally from Rome but now based in Denmark, is a pioneer in the world of specialty coffee roasting. His passion for exploring, studying, and experimenting with coffee led him to become the first Italian roaster in the industry. His company, Tomassi Specialty Coffee, is dedicated to spreading the culture of specialty coffee in a traditional espresso-centric market.
