Canadian AeroPress Championship Revelstoke Regional Qualifier: A Battle of the Best Coffee Brewers
Calling all coffee enthusiasts! The Canadian AeroPress Championship Revelstoke Regional Qualifier is coming to town on Friday, July 19 at Dose Coffee’s local roastery. This exciting competition is the first step towards the World AeroPress Championship in Lisbon, Portugal, where champions from around the world will showcase their brewing skills.
Started in 2008 as a fun way to highlight brewing talents, the AeroPress Championship now attracts over 60 countries and 5,000 competitors. The competition is a unique opportunity for coffee lovers and local roasters to come together and show off their skills.
Dose Coffee, the host of the regional qualifier, will provide the venue for the competition and party, as well as their own Dose Roasted coffee beans for the competitors to use. The event will feature live AeroPress demonstrations, music from a local DJ, and delicious food and drinks from The Taco Club.
The competition will consist of four heats, two semi-finals, and one final, with three judges determining the winner. The event is free for all ages to attend, so come out and support your favorite competitors.
